Client Service AssociateThe first thing to know about Jo-Anne is that she doesn't see individuals as clients. She sees them as people, each with their own story, goals, and needs. This perspective makes Jo-Anne an excellent listener and helps her strive to exceed expectations ... our team included!
Before beginning her career in teaching, Jo-Anne earned her Bachelor's degree from Purdue University. After relocating to Illinois, Jo-Anne became an office manager for Re/Max Real Estate, later becoming the operations manager for a construction company. In 2008 Jo-Anne advanced her career into a branch office administrator with Edward Jones Investments in Illinois, eventually earning the title senior branch office administrator, then transferring to a new branch office in Michigan in 2014.
One of Jo-Anne's guiding beliefs is the golden rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." It's a standard she aims for every day ... whether she's at work, at home or in the community.
In her spare time, Jo-Anne enjoys walking, healthy cooking, gardening and traveling. For Jo-Anne, spending time with family is priceless...including her husband, their children and grandchildren. And, you can't exclude her two rescued Italian Greyhounds who bring the family much joy.
